Cowboy Gay Where Did The Gay Cowboy Stereotype Come From?

Where did the gay cowboy stereotype come from? - cowboy gay

I know it was before about Brokeback Mountain. Anyone have any ideas?

Probably began in the '70s in Greenwich Village or Castro, where was the gay pride movement in its infancy and people to explore their limits.

Believe it or not, not all gay men are attracted to effeminate men or transvestites (not that I do not like the people) ... But some of us are really excited by people for people. Personally, I like the nerdy guys, not too feminine or too masculine.
