How do I get WOL (Wake On LAN) to work with a wireless PCI network card? - wmp54g wol
I installed a Linksys WMP54G PCI wireless card in a motherboard Gigabyte 8I945P Pro
I would be in a position in this post from my laptop update on WOL (Wake on LAN). The motherboard seems to support this, since it has an option to disable / enable something "Onboard LAN Boot ROM" mentioned in the BIOS. Is this the same as WOL and refer to the built-in wired () or the network must be enabled to use WOL with wireless network adapters.
How can I configure it?

Wake on LAN works with 802.3 (ie, wired or Ethernet), LAN, but do not think Wake on LAN connection with the work (which is 802.11). However, if you have a LAN cable is available, this article contains everything you need, including links to software utilities.
